Flax Flour Cutlets With Cottage Cheese

Flax flour - 100 gr.
Cottage cheese - 200 gr.
Greenery - 30 gr
Garlic - to taste
Salt - to taste
Egg - 1 pc. (50 gr.)
Kefir - 100 gr.


Cooking method:

Way of cooking:

1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then lay the dough on it with a spoon.

3. Fry the cutlets on both sides.
